Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all Walusha tags still attached to ensure the return is accepted.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via our portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
